Please don't bring anyone with you to your appointment. Due to out small waiting area, we want to keep the number of people in the salon limited.

Are you late? Send us a message through our WhatsApp service and we will let you know if we can still help you. If this is not the case, we may choose to cancel your appointment.
A new appointment must then be made and therefore also a new down payment.

Would you like to reschedule your appointment? No problem! Do this 24 hours in advance, otherwise a new deposit will have to be made. You can do this trough the link in your convermation email.

In case of cancellation we will not refund the deposit.

We provide a service that means we cannot refund money if the customer is not satisfied.
