Appointments

Please come to your appointment alone. Due to limited space in our waiting area, we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests.

We recommend avoiding caffeine before your appointment, as it may cause your eyelids to twitch during the treatment.

Please arrive with clean lashes and without any makeup and/or oil residue around the eye area.

A new lash set cannot be applied to lashes that are still curled from a lash lift. Unfortunately, we will not be able to perform the treatment in this case.

Location & Access

Our salon is located on the first floor, opposite the Esso petrol station. Please note that there is no elevator available.

Payment

Card payments are accepted. A €0.25 transaction fee applies to card payments.

Running Late?

Please let us know via our WhatsApp service if you are running late.

After 10 minutes, your appointment will expire. We may still be able to accommodate you, depending on availability. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

In this case, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to make a new appointment.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link below.

Any changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellations

Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Spray Tan

We are not responsible for stains or uneven results caused by products, deodorant, or perfume applied before or after your spray tan.
